The safety of our patients, staff and visitors is of paramount importance to us.
We are keeping in regular contact with our partner hospitals and we are continuing to offer a clinic and operating service at all our locations in London.
Accidents and injuries happen – if you need timely musculoskeletal care, we will provide it for you in a safe environment at one of the many private hospitals we work with.
Our secretarial team will be able to advise you on the precautions that are being taken at all these locations.
Minimising the risk of transmission of COVID-19 is vitally important.
For new or existing patients who need to attend a clinic in person, we ask that you do not attend if you or members of your household have developed symptoms (persistent cough and/or high temperature over 37.8oCelsius) in the preceding 14 days.
For existing patients, we are offering the option of telephone or video consultations.
We are unable to offer telephone or video consultations for new patients.
However, if you are a referring clinician, we are happy to discuss cases with you over the telephone to determine the best way forward.
